Welcome to Hair By Gabriela. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Gabriela Vieira.

1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Your continued use of our services and website constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Appointments and Bookings

2.1 All appointments must be booked in advance.

2.2 We require accurate personal details when booking appointments to provide our services efficiently.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2.4 A deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total service cost. This deposit is non-refundable.

2.5 Clients have the option to reschedule their appointment once only, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

2.6 A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals only if the client notifies us by phone. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms.

3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3.3 If you cancel within less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 of the appointment cost.

3.4 No-shows will be charged a fee of £100.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

5. Refunds and Complaints

5.1 No refunds will be accepted for any services provided.

5.2 If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss potential resolutions.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to allergies or sensitivities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your treatment.

6.2 We are not liable for personal belongings left on the premises.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.1 Data Collection:
